Just like our ships, our corporate culture fits in with all modern technologies: the right person, in the right place. We try to involve employees as much as possible; they can become shareholders in the company. We want to be an organization where employees can realize their ambitions and excel in what they are good at and what they want to do. We want to be an organization that is future-proof, just like our shipping company: flexible, open, not hierarchical. And by digitizing things as much as possible, it is also easier to let people work in different places. 

There are some solid discussions now and then, but they help us to grow and get better.
